Deposit Specialist (Medical Billing)

Location : Olympia, WA (must be resident of WA state). In-person training; potential for remote work after the initial period. Job type : Full-time.

Salary

$24.00 / hr – $36.22 / hr (based on experience). Base pay range.

Job Duties

• Accurately post patient and insurance payments using Athenahealth Collector.
• Manage daily deposits, process refunds, and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Maintain the integrity of revenue-cycle activities.
• Demonstrate strong communication and problem-solving skills.
