Strategic long term planning including menu development, management team development and marketing.Management of a team of 25-30 that includes scheduling, training, hiring and team buildingHands-on support for the teamOversight of menu and recipe softwareDecision making based on understanding of labor, cost of goods, menu / recipe analysis and overall kitchen and restaurant operationsPhysically able to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet through restaurant peak volumeServe Safe certificationIntegral part of a six person management teamBenefits Offered :
