As a Security Professional - Residential Desk Patrol in Brooklyn Heights, NY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more.

As a Front Desk Security Officer with Allied Universal at a residential location, you will be the first point of contact for residents and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication. Your presence at the front desk helps to deter security-related incidents and fosters a welcoming environment. You will monitor entry points, assist with inquiries, and support building operations, all while upholding our values of integrity, teamwork, and putting people first. Sun 12 : 00 AM - 08 : 00 AM

What You'll Do :

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
