What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Manage and coach a team of Account Executives to drive sales success
  • Forecast and manage pipeline health based on core drivers of the Enterprise business
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, customer success, and sales engineering
  • Plan and communicate growth strategies for the sales team
  • Execute complex deals and leverage a proven sales methodology

    • What is Required (Qualifications)

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing and leading SaaS sales teams
  • Proven track record of leading outbound sales motions
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Force Management
  • Data-driven approach to coaching and managing sales performance
  • Passion for hiring and building a diverse, world-class sales team

  • Experience owning and delivering on revenue targets
  • Background in working with channel, solution, and technology partners
  • Passion for driving New Business, Upsell, and Renewals
  • SaaS sales experience with a focus on building and supporting diverse teams
