We are looking for an experienced Advanced Aesthetician with experience with advanced spa treatments. The ideal candidate will bring confidence, and a proactive yet tactful personality, credibility and high integrity, coupled with an excellent work ethic. They will excel in building relationships and creating lifetime partnerships with guests and thrive in a high-energy environment. They will bring excellent customer service skills, and they will have the expertise to create a highly customized aesthetic care plan for guests to help them look, feel and be their best!

The ideal candidate will have experience in any of these areas : Coolsculpting, Laser treatments, Chemical Peels, Microneedling, Dermaplaning, Hydrafacial.

Responsibilities :

• Educating guests and potential guests on our services, and laying out a treatment plan with them that is highly customized to assist them in looking, feeling and being their best
• Selling the value of our services to our guests when they visit our spa during their consultations
• Following up with previous guests to continue to cultivate a relationship with them and renew their interest
• Creating partnerships in the community and exposing people to our brand
• Cultivating lasting relationships with guests
• Making outside calls to generate interest through community marketing
• Responsible for managing and overseeing daily operations ranging from; sales, marketing, client retention, inventory management
• Responsible for creating a strong culture within the spa and capable of motivating others for optimal performance
• Greeting guests in a friendly manner as they enter the spa
• Scheduling the guests for follow-up appointments
• Reviewing guests treatment plans, adjusting them when necessary
• Processing through patient charts to ensure they have a highly developed treatment plan
• Educating guests on all services and product lines to enhance their outcome and experience
• Evaluating guests' suitability for aesthetic and other non-surgical cosmetic services

QUALIFICATIONS :

2+ years of Aesthetics experience with licensure and medical experience

Experienced in building relationships with guests that have a lasting value

Proven track record of exceeding revenue and profit targets by building relationships

Extensive and successful commitment to exceeding customer expectations

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Must be a self-starter and highly motivated

Pay : $39.00 - $65.00 per hour
