Construction Manager
This position is primarily responsible for the management of the pre-development, preconstruction and construction phases of multiple projects as part of the firm's development team focused on ground-up development of student housing and multi-family assets. The current pipeline of deals is focused on student housing assets but will grow to include conventional multifamily assets in the near future. Geographic region is nationwide. Typical projects size between $70MM to $150+MM.
Responsibilities include creating and managing master development schedules, leading the RFP process, working alongside the design management team, reviewing design documents, managing project budgets, and ensuring project completion.
Administrative duties involve managing multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to internal processes, and completing corporate training.
Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field, minimum 5+ years of industry experience, proficiency in project management software, and strong communication skills.
