Epic Credential Trainer

Location : Hybrid (Remote with Travel to Kansas City, MO)

Duration : 5 Months

Pay Rate : $55–$60 / hr (W2)

About the Role :

We’re hiring a team of Epic Credentialed Trainers (CTs) to support a large-scale Epic implementation for a leading pediatric healthcare provider. This is a high-impact project focused on delivering end-user training ahead of a March 2026 go-live.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver classroom-based and virtual training sessions on Epic applications
• Create and distribute training materials and job aids
• Provide post-training support to clinical and operational staff
• Travel on-site as needed (initial travel : Nov 3–7)
• Collaborate with training leadership and project teams

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $60.00 / hr.
