Positions Available :

• Day shift - 6 : 45 AM - 7 : 15 PM
• Full time (0.9 FTE) available
• Night shift - 6 : 45 PM - 7 : 15 AM
• Part time (0.6 FTE) and full time (0.9 FTE available
• $5,000.00 new hire sign-on bonus for full-time (0.8 FTE or higher) positions!

Responsibilities

• Practices under the supervision of the Registered Nurse (RN) to assists patients, while providing a therapeutic environment for patients and their families.
• Collaboratively coordinates to successfully provide evidence-based patient / family care.
• Performs hands-on nursing care by utilizing the nursing process to achieve quality outcomes for patients.

Qualifications

Education :

• Successful completion of a Licensed Practical Nurse program from an accredited college.

License(s) / Certification(s) :

• Current licensure in good standing to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Illinois.
• Must apply within 90 days for licensure in Iowa.
• Must possess and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS.)
• Must obtain ACLS certification within three (3) months from date of hire.
