- Day shift - 6 : 45 AM - 7 : 15 PM
- Full time (0.9 FTE) available
- Night shift - 6 : 45 PM - 7 : 15 AM
- Part time (0.6 FTE) and full time (0.9 FTE available

Responsibilities
- Practices under the supervision of the Registered Nurse (RN) to assists patients, while providing a therapeutic environment for patients and their families.
- Collaboratively coordinates to successfully provide evidence-based patient / family care.
- Performs hands-on nursing care by utilizing the nursing process to achieve quality outcomes for patients.
Qualifications
Education :
- Successful completion of a Licensed Practical Nurse program from an accredited college.
License(s) / Certification(s) :
- Current licensure in good standing to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Illinois.
- Must apply within 90 days for licensure in Iowa.
- Must possess and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS.)
- Must obtain ACLS certification within three (3) months from date of hire.
