Client Finance Manager

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison between managers, revenue teams, and clients, ensuring effective revenue cycle management.
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with company revenue policies , proactively resolving issues.
  • Build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders while providing top-tier customer service.
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration , facilitating problem-solving and institutional knowledge-sharing.
  • Implement strategic revenue reporting to track financial performance and identify risks.
  • Communicate and enforce client-specific financial requirements, including budgets, accruals, and fee agreements.
  • Support fee arrangement negotiations with expertise in revenue operations.
  • Respond to client requests for financial and operational reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Drive resolution of revenue cycle concerns by working with senior leadership and internal teams.
  • Participate in client service meetings , contributing insights and operational guidance.
  • Qualifications

    Required :

  • Bachelor's degree in business operations, finance, technology, or related field .
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial and / or operational analysis.
  • Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills, including proficiency in complex Excel functions .
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills .
  • Exceptional customer service orientation .
