Client Finance Manager

Responsibilities
Act as the primary liaison between managers, revenue teams, and clients, ensuring effective revenue cycle management.Monitor and maintain compliance with company revenue policies , proactively resolving issues.Build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders while providing top-tier customer service.Coordinate cross-functional collaboration , facilitating problem-solving and institutional knowledge-sharing.Implement strategic revenue reporting to track financial performance and identify risks.Communicate and enforce client-specific financial requirements, including budgets, accruals, and fee agreements.Support fee arrangement negotiations with expertise in revenue operations.Respond to client requests for financial and operational reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Drive resolution of revenue cycle concerns by working with senior leadership and internal teams.Participate in client service meetings , contributing insights and operational guidance.Qualifications
Required :
Bachelor's degree in business operations, finance, technology, or related field .Minimum 5 years of experience in financial and / or operational analysis.Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills, including proficiency in complex Excel functions .Strong written and verbal communication skills .Exceptional customer service orientation .Compensation & Benefits
