• Position Summary :

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care and assist with daily living activities to enhance patients' well-being. You will play a critical role in supporting nurses and other medical staff in delivering comprehensive care to our patients.

• Key Responsibilities :
• Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and feeding.
• Support patients with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety and comfort.
• Monitor and record patients' vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration.
• Document patient care services and report any changes in patient condition to nursing staff.
• Assist in the maintenance of a clean, safe, and organized environment for patients.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients, fostering a positive therapeutic relationship.
• Adhere to all infection control protocols and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to implement individualized care plans.
• Participate in staff meetings and continuing education to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Qualifications :
• Current certification as a Nursing Assistant in [State / Province].
