A company is looking for a Retirement Plan Administration Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of 401(k) client relationships as the primary point of contact
Perform annual compliance testing and calculate employer contributions
Prepare and file annual government forms and collaborate with clients and service providers
Required Qualifications
2+ years of direct 401(k) plan administration experience
Bachelor's degree preferred in Accounting, Finance, Math, Economics, or Statistics
Strong analytical and organizational skills with proficiency in Excel
Currently pursuing or holding QKA, QPA, AKS, or APA certification is highly desirable
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and meet deadlines
