Security Officer - Industrial Center - Full Time

As a Security Officer - Industrial Center - Full Time in Osceola, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help create a secure environment for everyone on site. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while you provide outstanding customer service and clear communication to employees and visitors. Position Type : Full Time

Pay Rate : $15.50 / hour

Job Schedule :

Wednesday 10 : 00 PM - 06 : 00 AM

Thursday 10 : 00 PM - 06 : 00 AM

Friday 10 : 00 PM - 06 : 00 AM

Saturday 10 : 00 PM - 06 : 00 AM

Sunday 10 : 00 PM - 06 : 00 AM

What You'll Do :

  • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by site.
  • Observe for suspicious activity and / or unauthorized individuals, helping to deter potential security-related risks.
  • Report any maintenance issues, hazards, or unusual occurrences encountered during patrols.
  • Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and / or contractors as needed while maintaining a visible presence.
  • Complete required logs and incident reports accurately and in a timely manner.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
