What your day will look like :

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve issues proactively
  • Provide feedback to management on customer needs, product gaps, and market opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, pre-sales, channel sales) to align strategies
  • Work closely with suppliers and departments for special pricing opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and technical product information
  • Participate in regular training and development programs
  • Develop and maintain extensive working knowledge of Genetec's software solutions, including the ability to create small- to medium-sized system designs and BOMs
  • Assist in the development of tailored sales tools and presentations to support account teams
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
  • Define product and functional requirements to prepare quotes based on customer needs
  • Cold call identified clients within assigned accounts or mutual end-user customers
  • Follow up on leads generated by marketing campaigns
  • Schedule and conduct client meetings, both virtual and in-person
  • Provide ad hoc consulting on Genetec’s products for cross-sell and upsell opportunities
  • Coordinate product trials or demos with pre-sales technical teams

Technical Aspects :

  • Forecast, manage, and report on ongoing sales and pipeline activity, ensuring accuracy across the Enterprise and Signature Accounts vertical
  • Communicate regularly with field reps on opportunities and pipeline status
  • Track effectiveness of programs and ROI; apply learnings to improve future initiatives
  • Update customer records and forecasting in the CRM for tracking
  • Use CRM tools to manage contacts, opportunities, and activities
  • Report regularly on KPIs and sales metrics
  • Research technical information on product requests to support sales efforts
  • Travel Expectations :

    Cómo será tu día a día :

  • Mantener relaciones sólidas con los clientes actuales para garantizar su satisfacción y fidelización
  • Supervisar la satisfacción de los clientes y resolver los problemas de forma proactiva
  • Proporcionar información a la dirección sobre las necesidades de los clientes, las deficiencias de los productos y las oportunidades de mercado
  • Colaborar con los equipos internos (marketing, preventa, ventas por canal) para alinear las estrategias
  • Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con los proveedores y los departamentos para obtener oportunidades de precios especiales
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de las políticas y las normas éticas de la empresa
  • Mantenerse al día sobre las tendencias del sector, las actividades de la competencia y la información técnica de los productos
  • Participar en programas regulares de formación y desarrollo
  • Desarrollar y mantener un amplio conocimiento práctico de las soluciones de software de Genetec, incluida la capacidad de crear diseños de sistemas y listas de materiales de pequeño y mediano tamaño
  • Ayudar en el desarrollo de herramientas de venta y presentaciones personalizadas para apoyar a los equipos de cuentas
  • Realizar demostraciones y presentaciones de productos
  • Definir los requisitos funcionales y del producto para preparar presupuestos basados en las necesidades de los clientes
  • Realizar llamadas en frío a clientes identificados dentro de las cuentas asignadas o a clientes finales mutuos
  • Hacer un seguimiento de los clientes potenciales generados por las campañas de marketing
  • Programar y llevar a cabo reuniones con los clientes, tanto virtuales como presenciales
  • Proporcionar asesoramiento ad hoc sobre los productos de Genetec para oportunidades de venta cruzada y venta adicional
  • Coordinar pruebas o demostraciones de productos con los equipos técnicos de preventa
  • Aspectos técnicos :

  • Prever, gestionar e informar sobre las ventas en curso y la actividad del canal de ventas, garantizando la precisión en toda la empresa y en las cuentas verticales importantes
  • Comunicarse regularmente con los representantes de campo sobre las oportunidades y el estado del canal de ventas.
  • Hacer un seguimiento de la eficacia de los programas y del retorno de la inversión; aplicar los conocimientos adquiridos para mejorar las iniciativas futuras
  • Actualizar los registros de clientes y las previsiones en el CRM para su seguimiento
  • Utilizar herramientas de CRM para gestionar contactos, oportunidades y actividades
  • Informar periódicamente sobre los KPI y las métricas de ventas
  • Investigar información técnica sobre las solicitudes de productos para apoyar los esfuerzos de ventas
