• Need local provider available for 2 days a week (local) or full time combined with Kent. Then will pay travel
• Clinic location : th Ave S, Seattle, WA 98108
• Assignment start date : September 2024. Start date will be confirmed upon successful completion of credentialing.
• Assignment duration : 3-month assignment with the possibility to extend.
• OP ambulatory services, family medicine, walk-in / acute care services, chronic disease management.
• Advanced Practitioners must have a minimum of two years experience.
• Advanced Practitioners are expected to see up to 18 patients per day.
• Family Physicians are expected to see up to 21 patients per day.
• Spanish or Russian speakers are a plus.
