Page Rehab & Nursing Center  provides exceptional in-house sub-acute rehabilitation and skilled nursing care. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team on a per diem basis.

Responsibilities :

Assess and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders for sub-acute rehabilitation patients.

Develop personalized treatment plans.

Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support patient care.

Educate patients and families on treatment options.

Maintain accurate documentation.

Qualifications :

Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

Florida SLP license.

Experience in a rehabilitation or nursing facility is preferred.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.
