Senior Accountant
Location : Bakersfield, CA
Salary : $85,000 - $100,000
Our client, a large and well-established company in Bakersfield, is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their accounting team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional looking to grow within a stable organization that values accuracy, integrity, and teamwork.
Responsibilities :
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements
- Support month-end and year-end close processes
- Perform account reconciliations and variance analysis
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies
- Partner with management to provide insights and recommendations
- Participate in audits and work with external auditors as needed
