Schedule : Monday-Thursday 8 AM - 5 PM, Friday 8 AM - 12 PM. Call requirement : 10 days per month (1 weekend, 8 weekdays). Expected patient volume : 25 per day initially, with plans to grow. Clinic-based position with Meditech Expanse EMR. Robotic procedures required. Hospitalist program manages ICU admissions and discharges, with Urologist consulted on care plans and rounding as needed. Base salary + wRVU production incentive (dependent on patient volume). Quality bonus. CME allowance. Sign-on bonus. Medical debt assistance. Relocation allowance. Residency stipend. Medical Director stipend. Health benefits + Retirement plan. Marketing and practice growth assistance. 81 beds and 52 physicians on active staff. Treatment across 28 specialties with cutting-edge technology. A cancer center providing comprehensive treatment, including radiation and chemotherapy. Accredited by The Joint Commission since 1959. Home to Lake Martin, a 44,000-acre water wonderland with 750 miles of wooded shoreline. Trade area population of approximately 125,000.
