The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits. The listed base compensation range represents a good faith estimate of potential earnings at the time of this job posting and may be subject to future adjustments. The Position
- The Interim Clinical Supplies and Procedural Variation Director / Consultant will be responsible for the oversight of day-to-day advisory operations pertaining to multiple service lines.
- The Interim Director / Consultant will focus on current initiatives including clinical supply utilization, project management, strategic sourcing, and cost analyses.
- Seeking an experienced advisor / consultant who brings a clinician and / or procedural background and will be able to efficiently educate and advise on all supply / procedural variation initiatives.
- This leader will strive to foster and maintain a positive work environment and will prioritize operational growth while ensuring proper alignment with organizational short-and-long-term goals.
- Must be available to start within 23 weeks of acceptance.
