• Assess and triage patients in emergency situations\n
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians\n
• Monitor and document patient vital signs and medical history\n
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans\n
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families\n
• Maintain accurate and complete medical records\n
• Adhere to hospital policies and procedures\n
• Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain licensure and stay current with best practices\n\nRequirements : \n
• Active Registered Nurse license\n
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in emergency nursing\n
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications\n
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills\n
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment\n

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing\n
• At least 3-5 years of Emergency Room, strongly preferred.\n\nLANGUAGE / MATH / REASONING ABILITY : \n
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.\n
• Ability to write simple correspondence.\n
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization\n
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.\n
• Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.\n
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.\n
• Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situation.\n\nCOMPUTER SKILLS : \n
• Basic computer skills\n\nCERTIFICATE / LICENSES : \n
• Current RN license within the state of practice\n
• Current BCLS, ACLS, and PALS Certification
