Job Description :
- The Help Desk Support I is responsible for providing excellent customer service by answering, analyzing, and resolving technical support calls from computer users across the organization.
- This role involves troubleshooting IT-related issues, managing service requests, and ensuring system availability and data integrity.
- The incumbent will work closely with internal teams and vendors to provide timely solutions while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach.
- Log, prioritize, and track service requests and incidents using the Incident Management application, escalating issues as necessary and following up to confirm resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor Helpdesk email and voicemail, ensuring all requests are addressed within defined timelines.
- Participate in maintaining IT assets and assist with desktop software and hardware changes.
