This Senior Principal Engineer, Reliability Engineering role supports our goal of making the world a safer place. This is a full-time, onsite position in McKinney, TX.

Role location : McKinney, TX

Security clearance requirements : The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance. DoD Clearance : Secret.

Note : This position requires ability to obtain a security clearance. DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA CAS) handles the security clearance process.

What You Will Do

• Lead performance of reliability predictions.
• Support design reviews.
• Lead failure analysis and root cause and corrective action studies to assure customer satisfaction.
• Complete FRACAS and FMECA related investigations and analysis.
• Work with multiple engineering teams to implement design changes for products being produced.
• Lead fellow team members on programs to conduct test data analysis and trending.
• Provide technical direction to the factory for field return assets.
• Provide technical direction on system assembly and disassembly when onsite technical personnel cannot resolve problems.
• Collaborate with team members to provide data-driven recommendations and solutions to the customer on a wide range of technical subjects.
• Approximately 15% domestic and international travel may be required.
