As a Graphic Designer, you’ll create compelling visual graphic and motion assets that bring the Oshkosh brand to life across digital and print platforms. This role will support enterprise-wide marketing initiatives, ensuring consistent and engaging creative that connects with internal and external audiences. From concept to execution, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design materials that inform, inspire and strengthen brand presence — helping Oshkosh visually tell its story with impact.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce creative assets for digital platforms, print collateral, presentations, events and internal communications.
• Ensure all creative outputs align with Oshkosh’s brand identity, visual guidelines and tone.
• Collaborate with marketing, communications and business partners to translate strategic goals into clear and engaging visual solutions.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Create graphics for web, print, email, social media and paid media campaigns.
• Assist in maintaining and evolving brand templates, ensuring easy use and adoption across the enterprise.
• Contribute to the organization and maintenance of digital asset libraries, ensuring accessibility and version control.
• Provide creative support for internal events, leadership presentations, community engagement initiatives and cross-functional teams.
• Stay current with design trends, tools and best practices to bring fresh perspectives to projects.
• Partner with vendors, agencies and printers as needed to manage production and deliver high-quality materials.

The following represents general working conditions for this office-based role. Specific conditions may vary depending on business needs and individual circumstances.

Pay Range

$56,600.00 - $88,400.00

The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
