That’s why we’re looking for an experienced Creative Director, Brand Campaigns with a strong background in copywriting, strategy, and campaign ideation and execution - someone who can deliver creative concepts that make a lasting impact.

We’d love to work with someone who brings both expertise and experience from a creative agency or an in-house brand known for producing standout campaigns. If you’re a dynamic leader with an endless stream of bold ideas and a clear plan to turn them into campaigns that align with Manychat’s mission, values, and goals across multiple platforms - tell us your story!

• Develop and execute innovative, campaign-driven creative strategies that resonate with our target audiences in the Creator and Influencer space.
• Lead the creative process from ideation to execution, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and excellence within the creative team.
• Concepting & Execution :
• Generate big ideas for integrated campaigns and bring them to life through cross-channel execution (digital, video, social, experiential, and more).
• Ensure creative work aligns with and elevates the Manychat brand.
• Collaborate closely with designers, writers, and producers to craft cohesive and impactful work.
• Storytelling & Copywriting :
• Lead the development of brand narratives and messaging frameworks that communicate Manychat’s value proposition effectively.
• Write and oversee compelling copy for campaigns, ensuring tone and messaging consistency.
• Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align creative strategies with business objectives.
• Present creative concepts to stakeholders and advocate for bold, innovative ideas that drive results.
