We're seeking a dedicated

• Director of Education
• to support elementary and middle school students in a hands-on, project-based learning environment located on a stunning campus surrounded by wildlife and overlooking the San Joaquin River.

• What You'll Do :
• Work with small groups of 2nd-8th grade students to plan lessons, teach curriculum, and support learning goals
• Customize teaching approaches to support different learning styles and academic levels
• Lead group projects, outdoor learning experiences, and enrichment opportunities
• Foster strong, meaningful relationships with students to support personal and academic growth
• Collaborate with a passionate, innovative educational team in a nature-rich setting
• What We're Looking For :
• We require a seasoned educator who can mentor and train our teaching staff
• Above average excellence in being able to develop and deliver lesson plans
• Mid-to-senior level expertise in lesson planning and teaching diverse learners (elementary and / or middle school)
• Passion for hands-on, experiential, and student-led learning
• Strong ability to connect with students and create a supportive learning environment
• Comfortable working in small group settings and adapting to individual student needs
• Creative, flexible, and ready to think outside the box
