What You’ll Do

Deliver resident-centered nursing care based on individualized care plans

Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately

Monitor resident health conditions and report changes promptly to RNs and physicians

Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to support quality outcomes

Provide leadership and mentorship to CNAs and Nursing Assistants

Maintain a safe, clean, and positive environment for residents and staff

What You’ll Need

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Ohio (required)

Current CPR certification

Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehab preferred

Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail

Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented attitude

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
