Product Owner – AdTech Integrations & Audience Intelligence

The Audience Platforms team is part of our Media OS Product Organization. As a member of this team, you will work closely with engineers, client services reps, and Go-to-Market teams to architect integrations with external AdTech partners such as demand-side platforms (DSPs), identity onboarding platforms, CRMs, and advanced analytics tools. You will help deliver innovative, AI-powered solutions that enable healthcare marketers to unlock the full potential of IQVIA’s healthcare data for omnichannel strategies, with a strong focus on audience research, segmentation, activation, and performance analysis. This position supports all IQVIA Digital customers looking to deploy precision audience strategies using real-world data and AI to inform programmatic ad campaigns and generate actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the product vision and roadmap with a focus on audience intelligence solutions.
• Drives the strategy and execution of audience management capabilities including data integrations, audience creation, segmentation, lookalike modeling, etc.
• Partners with data and engineering teams to incorporate generative & agentic AI capabilities into audience research and predictive modeling processes.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to define use cases and success criteria for AI-enabled audience activation tools and reporting.
• Translates product roadmap features into clear user stories, with particular emphasis on data enrichment, privacy-safe onboarding, and modeled audience creation.
• Acts as subject matter expert on audience data flows, identity resolution, and activation best practices across DSPs, CDPs, and clean rooms.
• Supports audience targeting compliance with healthcare privacy regulations and industry standards (e.g., HIPAA, NAI, IAB).
• Monitors KPIs and product usage analytics related to audience activation performance and optimization opportunities.
• Works cross-functionally with marketing, client services, and data teams to support adoption and expansion of AI-powered audience solutions.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $80,100.00 - $200,200.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and / or schedule (full or part-time). Depending on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and / or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and / or other benefits.
