  • Join our professional and fastpaced clinical environment in Oak Park, IL. As a Medical Assistant you will be an integral part of helping to communicate with and educate patients, as well as assisting providers during medical and cosmetic procedures. VitalSkin Dermatology is a modern and fastpaced practice well known for its treatment of virtually all skin conditions located at 1733 Harlem Ave Chicago, IL 60707.

Monday Through Friday @ $20-$23 (Based on Experience)

Medical Assistant Requirements

  • Certified Medical Assistant and Scribing experience preferred but not required
  • CPRBLS & Bloodborne Pathogen Certification preferred
  • At least one year of Dermatology and / or Cosmetic Surgery experience
  • Ensure all patients receive high quality, efficient, and comprehensive care
  • EMR experience - preferably ModMed (EMA) or comparable software
  • Demonstrate consistent adherence to the practice's standards and procedures
  • Passion for healthcare
  • Must ensure compliance with all HIPPA regulations
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience
  • Previous experience in the medical field is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic Typing, Math & English skills
  • Advanced proficiency with computers
  • Detailed-oriented
  • Proactive & take initiative

  • Positive Team Player
  • Able to Multitask
