The Opportunity
We're looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive growth across New York and New Jersey (ideally based in the NY / NJ area).
This is a high-impact role with plenty of autonomy. You'll build strong relationships with architects, designers, contractors, and homeowners, helping them create elevated outdoor spaces.
If you're motivated by sales growth, building long-term partnerships, and shaping the future of outdoor living, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
- Develop new business opportunities and strengthen existing accounts
- Deliver outstanding customer service to B2C and B2B clients
- Build trusted relationships with architects, designers, and general contractors
- Represent Terra Summer at trade shows, events, and client meetings
- Create and execute a territory sales plan to exceed targets
- Track trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline with accurate forecasting
