About the Role
As a Board-Certified Chief of Developmental Pediatrics, you will :
- Drive Research : Seek and apply for grant funding to support innovative research.
- Lead Coordination : Oversee research efforts within the Division of Developmental Pediatrics.
- Collaborate : Work alongside other pediatric and UK faculty to align research with our division's goals.
- Ensure Compliance : Manage and maintain IRB protocols.
- Implement Interventions : Plan and participate in the execution of impactful interventions.
- Share Knowledge : Disseminate research findings through publications, conferences, and community education.
- Provide Compassionate Care : Diagnose and treat children with developmental challenges.
- Lead Administratively : Mentor staff, streamline clinical services, and contribute to strategic planning.
- Engage in Professional Development : Participate in study sections, advisory groups, and professional societies.

Located at Kentucky Children’s Richmond Road , you will enjoy :
Work Hours : No call schedule, allowing for a balanced work-life.Patient Volume : Outpatient care with a supportive team of 5 Advanced Practice Providers, 4 Nurses, and 9 Support Staff.Qualifications
To thrive in this role, you should have :
Education : M.D. / D.O. degree or equivalent.Experience : Eligibility for or active medical license in Kentucky, with completed residency in Pediatrics and fellowship in Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics.Certifications : Board-certified in Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics.Compensation & Benefits
