Job Title : Respite Clinical Service Manager (Registered Nurse Required)

Location : Sharonville, Ohio

Are you a passionate nurse leader looking to make a difference? We're seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to step into the role of Respite Clinical Service Manager ! This is an exciting opportunity for a compassionate, organized, and experienced nursing professional to lead a team that provides exceptional care for developmentally delayed individuals in a supportive, person-centered environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provides nursing oversight for ICF Respite and Alice House community respite.
  • Develop and train staff on guest ISTs (Individual Specific Training).
  • Assist with delegated classes as assigned.
  • Conduct interviews for new nurses ICF respite location.
  • Plan and implement onboarding / training schedules for new team members.
  • Manage payroll, disciplinary actions, PTO, and evaluations for respite team.
  • Create appropriate plans of prevention for UIs and MUIs and monitors implementation.
  • Multi-tasking, time management, and attention to detail required.
  • Flexibility to move between multiple locations during workday is required.
  • On call required.

    • Qualifications

  • Must be a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Ohio.
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Previous Nursing Leadership required / Manager experience preferred.
  • DD (Developmental Disabilities) experience preferred.
