A company is looking for a Remote Medical Record Chart Reviewer.

Key Responsibilities

Navigate and review digital patient charts using EHR or EMR systems

Evaluate clinical notes and healthcare documentation for completeness and clarity

Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, to maintain patient confidentiality

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's in Nursing, Biology, or related field

Background in Health Information Management, Nursing, or a related clinical field

Proficiency in EHR / EMR systems and familiarity with clinical documentation standards

Knowledge of HIPAA and other relevant healthcare regulations

Prior experience in a Medical Records Chart Reviewer role is preferred
