      • Your Skills & Capabilities

    • Minimum 35 years of hands-on experience in the HVAC trade (residential and / or light commercial)
    • Strong diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair capabilities
    • Tech-savvy with software and diagnostic tools
    • Clear communicator with customers and teammates
    • Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
    • EPA certification (preferred, but not required)
