• 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.\n
• Must have at least 24 months of Rehabilitation Unit experience within the past 12 months.\n
• 12 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.\n
• Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.\n
• 12 months of acute care experience.\n
• Trauma Level 2 experience is preferred from any number of months\n\nRequirements\n
• Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license (required after submission). Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <60 miles from facility will be processed as local.\n
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.\n
• 12 months between Staff at Program : HealthTrust Program - LifePoint Health\n\nPre-employment modules may be required for this role.
