Job Summary
JobsRus.com is hiring full-time General Laborers for a manufacturing client in Schaumburg. No prior experience is required — training is provided!
This role involves physically active tasks such as material handling, assisting with production, and maintaining a safe, clean work environment.
Responsibilities
Material Handling : Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment (manual lifting, pallet jacks, or forklifts once trained).
Production Assistance : Support assembly line tasks, packaging, and basic machine operations under supervision.
Workplace Maintenance : Clean and organize work areas to ensure safety and efficiency.
Safety Compliance : Follow all safety procedures, wear PPE, and report hazards.
Team Support : Assist machine operators, maintenance staff, and skilled workers with tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Physical stamina to perform physically demanding tasks, lift heavy objects, and stand for extended periods.
Attention to detail for quality checks and following instructions.
Willingness to learn machinery operation and production skills (training provided).
