Shifts are 8 or 10 hours (7 : 00 AM3 : 30 PM or 7 : 00 AM5 : 30 PM), with no call required and optional overtime. The site uses iPro and paper charting across 10 anesthesia rooms, with a 3 : 1 CRNA-to-MD supervision ratio. MDs do not perform their own cases, and coverage is mainly for the main OR and endoscopy, with proficiency in OB and healthy pediatrics preferred.
