Join our team as a Registered Nurse in the Acute Medical Surgical Unit!\n\nSummary : \n\nAs a skilled Nurse practicing in a dynamic clinical setting, you will deliver both routine and complex care to patients, showcasing your independent decision-making abilities and awareness of various clinical scenarios. You will focus on long-term patient goals while developing your capacity to handle the contingencies of clinical nursing. In this role, you'll make thoughtful assignments and delegate tasks to enhance patient care management.\n\nResponsibilities : \n

- Provide nursing care through the nursing process, encompassing assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation for your assigned patients, in line with the ANA Scope and Standards of Practice.\n
- Address complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and their families while respecting your level of practice.\n
- Administer medications and treatments per protocol, vigilantly monitoring for side effects and treatments' effectiveness.\n
- Accurately document patient histories, symptoms, medications, and the care provided.\n
- Assess learning needs and educate patients, family members, and caregivers, while identifying issues and available resources.\n\nJob Requirements : \n\nEducation / Skills\n
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing is preferred.\n\nExperience\n
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a related nursing specialty is preferred.\n\nLicenses, Registrations, or Certifications\n
- Current BLS certification is required.\n
