Hello, design visionary! ~Pourri is on the lookout for a graphic designer who brings a true passion for all areas of creative and design, along with an aesthetic flair and understanding of marketing dynamics. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in both print-ready files, such as packaging, as well as web and digital media that engages audiences and drives marketing objectives. If you are adept at transforming marketing strategies into compelling creative executions across multiple design disciplines we would love to hear from you!

The Areas of Responsibility

• Collaborate with the Creative Director to push creative concepts and lead execution across graphic design projects
• Collaborate with the creative team by providing guidance and feedback that inspires great work through strong hierarchy principles, typography, and exploration of different mediums to achieve a goal
• Assist the creative team across packaging design projects from concepts and brand architecture through execution and production, partnering with marketing, operations, and manufacturers to bring bold ideas to life
• Lead and execute visual design across web & ecommerce channels, aligning with brand & marketing goals through understanding of consumer experience
• Collaborate with a team to concept design and execute assets across digital including email marketing, paid advertisements, social assets, etc.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute robust campaigns, contributing to all stages from concept and asset creation through final edits and handoffs
• Stay on top of design trends, typography, color theory, and cultural movements to ensure work remains fresh and category-defining
• Assist teams on set across photo and video shoots when needed
• Ensure every touchpoint (print, digital and beyond) is on-brand, consistent, and polished
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
• Assist in the evolution and expansion of our brand identity and its integration across campaign visuals, packaging, and marketing materials
• Assist in reviews and provide quality control feedback on designs created by teammates and external partners, ensuring brand integrity and creative excellence
