Write and edit client-focused proposals and RFP responses that stand out

Make sure every submission is clear, accurate, consistent, and easy to navigate

Work with sales teams and subject matter experts to gather insights and shape the story

Maintain and update our proposal library so the best content is always at your fingertips

Uphold brand standards and ensure every submission meets compliance requirements

What You'll Bring

A bachelor's degree in English, communications, marketing, journalism, or a related field

2+ years of experience writing proposals, managing RFPs, or working in another role that required persuasive B2B writing

A sharp eye for editing and detail, with the ability to simplify complex information

Strong organizational skills and comfort juggling multiple deadlines

Confidence working with sales leaders and cross-functional teams

Solid Microsoft Word formatting and design skills; Excel and PowerPoint knowledge a plus
