Job Summary
The Job Coordinator plays a key role in providing support to ProTeX Field Technicians. Working closely with Project controllers they; Prepare projects; Set up and review project reports on a weekly basis; and compile final project report booklets.
Your Role as a Job Coordinator
- Reports to the Project Controllers
- Review Construction Plans and “Pre-Load” them into a database
- Compile and review reports
- Schedule Inspections
- Review inspection reports
- Communicate via phone / email with builders, superintendents (clients)
- Generate weekly reports and updates on current projects for clients
- Answers basic questions from clients
- Secure information from Field Crews on the status / progress of projects

Superior customer service skillsMaintain a positive work environmentComfortable speaking with clients on the phoneCoachable / TeachableGood PC skills, especially MS Excel, Outlook, and Google Docs preferred, 35 WPMComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentSelf-motivated and Results-driven, able to work with minimal supervisionDetail OrientedAbility to read, spell, edit, comprehend sentence structure, and how to report / record dataConstruction terminology preferred or the ability to pick up terminology quicklyWork Schedule
Monday – Friday
7 : 00 AM – 3 : 30 PM or 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM (40 hours / week)
