Job Title : Pharmacy Technician

Responsibilities

• Process new patient registrations and refill orders using automated systems.
• Ensure accurate data entry of patient demographics and prescription details.
• Troubleshoot missing prescription information and interpret medical abbreviations.
• Resolve third-party insurance rejects by gathering information and resubmitting claims.
• Operate automated machinery to sort, count, label, pack, and ship medications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and perform basic machine upkeep.
• Collaborate with pharmacists and escalate prescription-related questions as needed.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with patients and physicians to support prescription fulfillment.
• Identify and communicate issues to staff to ensure smooth operations.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00 / hr.
