job_description.job_card.job_descriptionAssess, plan, intervene, and evaluate the care of critically ill patients Monitor and manage ventilated patients, vasoactive medications, and telemetry Administer medications and treatments per physician orders Maintain and review patient records, test results, and care plans Educate patients and families on treatment plans and medication management Active RN license in Florida (or Compact License with FL application) ASN or Nursing Diploma required (BSN preferred) Previous acute care ICU experience required BLS certification required (must obtain within 30 days of hire) ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required within 6 months of hire Critical thinking and strong communication skills Candidates with MICU, SICU, and CSU experience will be considered Competitive Pay ($33.00 - $46.00 / hr based on experience) Sign-On Bonus (Up to $25,000) Comprehensive Benefits Package - Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) with Employer Match Relocation Assistance (Case by Case) Tuition Assistance & Career Development

A 392-bed acute care hospital in Hudson, FL is seeking ICU RNs to provide critical care in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment . The hospital is a Level II Trauma Center and is recognized for cardiac, stroke, neurosurgery, and orthopedic care . Candidates will join a team-focused environment with state-of-the-art ICU facilities .Shifts Available
