• Keeping a high level of operational standards.
• Keeping a safe work environment and food is prepared safely.
• Managing daily operations of the restaurant.
• Managing inventory and purchasing.
• Managing restaurant financials and budget.
• Following all company policies and procedures.
• Maintaining a positive and enthusiastic work environment for all employees.
