Job Title : Retail & Revenue Training Coordinator

Salary Range : $28.00 - 33. 00 / hrly DOE

FLSA Status : Hourly

Location : Administration

• Required travel across all EGNW sites

About the Position

The Retail and Revenue Training Coordinator will serve as the on-the-ground champion of our STAR operational discipline—supporting live training, facilitating consistent execution, assessing learning needs, and reinforcing best practices across store formats (brick-and-mortar, outlets, e-commerce ). Working closely with the Training Manager, your role ensures training programs are fully executed and continuously improved, from planning through review.
