Bath Aide (CNA) - Full-Time 1st Shift

Job Summary :

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Bath Aide (CNA) to join our team. In this role, you will assist residents with personal care, focusing on bathing, grooming, and hygiene needs, while providing a safe, comfortable, and dignified experience. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others and making a positive impact on their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist residents with bathing, grooming, and personal hygiene according to their care plan

Maintain residents' dignity, comfort, and safety throughout personal care activities

Observe and report any changes in residents' physical or emotional condition to the nursing staff

Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean, safe environment

Document care provided accurately and timely in accordance with facility policies

Assist with other activities of daily living as needed, including dressing, mobility, and toileting

Communicate effectively and compassionately with residents, families, and team members

Qualifications :

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Nebraska is required

Previous experience in long-term care, assisted living, or similar healthcare setting preferred

Strong interpersonal skills and a caring, patient demeanor

Ability to follow instructions and adhere to facility policies and procedures

Ability to lift and move residents as needed safely
