Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees while providing general security duties to our clients. You will promote safety by being alert to observe, correct, and report any hazards.
• Understand and comply with DSI and Client requirements, as well as specific post instructions.
• Participate in training and become familiar with general safety procedures, as well as DSI's safety manual.
• Interact with clients, visitors, employees, and the public in a professional manner.
• Be customer service oriented and have basic to intermediate computer skills, as well as effective written and oral communication skills. Perform routine foot patrols, moderate lifting, and work in all-weather elements.
• Pre-employment requirements include being at least 21 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent. A valid driver's license is required. Must have own weapon.
• Have reliable means of transportation and means of communication. Must pass all required background and drug screenings.
