The Site Finance Manager will oversee a broad range of technical, day-to-day finance / accounting, and cost accounting responsibilities. This role includes involvement with revenue recognition and compliance, forecasting and budgeting, revenue and gross margin analysis, monthly close activities, cost accounting, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, and annual audit and consolidation reporting.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and process financial transactions including orders, sales, accounts receivable, accounts payable, costing, payroll, expenses, cashflow management, and capital expenditure / fixed assets.
• Conduct month-end close activities and prepare financial reports to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare balance sheet and income statement information, determine variances and trends, and report to management.
• Prepare the annual tax package, handle sales taxes, and liaise with the corporate tax team.
• Assist management throughout the financial planning budget and monthly forecasting cycles.
• Perform Sarbanes-Oxley compliance testing.
• Maintain and enhance effective internal controls to ensure asset protection and accurate financial reporting.
• Conduct commercial reviews of customer orders and contracts.
• Ensure revenue recognition compliance.
• Assist with internal and external audit requests.
• Provide corporate payroll team with hours and commission information for payroll runs; process relevant reports and accounting entries as required.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships across sales and service functions to support, challenge, and influence teams to achieve their objectives.
• Proactively seek improvements in working capital.
• Support European UPT businesses operating in the USA with closing activities.
• Perform other ad-hoc reporting and analysis as required.
