full-time Entry-Level Marketing Associates

to represent top-tier clients through face-to-face customer interactions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and customer relations. Full training is provided.

What Youll Do :

Speak with potential customers face-to-face in retail locations

Promote client brands and explain current offers with confidence and professionalism

Build strong customer relationships and offer exceptional service to every individual you engage

Be a direct point of contact for customer questions, concerns, or feedback

Drive sales through lead generation and follow-up

Support the team in meeting and exceeding weekly goals

What Were Looking For :

Strong communication skills and an outgoing personality

Team player who can also work independently when needed

Willingness to learn and a strong work ethic

Previous experience in customer-facing roles (retail, food service, hospitality, etc.) is a plus

High School Diploma or equivalent

Must be located in or able to commute to San Antonio, TX
