Position Overview : We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. Responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining diesel and gas-powered fleet vehicles and equipment, ensuring safety, efficiency, and minimal downtime. Requires 3-5 years of maintenance experience, strong diagnostic skills, and own tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and advanced maintenance and repairs on a wide range of diesel and gas-powered vehicles and equipment.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve mechanical issues in engines, fuel systems, transmissions, brake systems, wheel bearings, undercarriages, and engine performance.
• Ensure all vehicles and equipment are in optimal working condition, minimizing downtime and maximizing operational efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities in accordance with company policies.
• Complete service work orders through Aspire, ensuring all tasks are documented, tracked, and closed out in the system.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and the team.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure timely and efficient repair turnaround for vehicles and equipment.
• Perform emergency repairs when needed to ensure the fleet remains operational at all times.
