LHH Recruitment Solutions, in partnership with a law firm in Roseland, NJ is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join their team.

This role is fully onsite.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with review of title reports, commitments, and surveys
• Preparing title and survey summaries
• Drafting closing documents and managing post-closing matters
• Maintaining correspondence with clients
• Preparing entity formation and organizational documents

Requirements

The anticipated salary range for this position is between $65,000-$95,000 per year depending on experience and qualifications.
