As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you’ll provide one-on-one ABA therapy in diverse environments such as homes, schools, and community settings. In this role, you’ll follow individualized behavior plans designed by a supervising BCBA, deliver direct instruction, collect and document data, and maintain professional relationships with both families and team members.

Responsibilities :
- Provide Applied Behavior Analysis intervention to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and / or related exceptionalities.
- Provide intervention as outlined in the client’s program by the associated BCBA.
- Collect and display data in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Assist in updating client program as instructed by the associated BCBA.
- Implement behavioral procedures for inappropriate / maladaptive child behaviors as instructed or as outlined in client’s program.
- Maintain records in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Notify management of emergencies or significant incidents; suspected abuse, neglect, or exploitation; and / or changes in client status in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Arrive to appointments, meetings, trainings, etc. at the scheduled time.
- Return phone calls, electronic mail, and other correspondence in a timely fashion.
- Conduct self in a professional manner and treat all clients, customers, co-workers, and others with dignity, respect, and cultural sensitivity.
- Follow all clinical and administrative policies and procedures.
- Perform related duties as assigned.
Requirements :
Preferred bachelor's degree.High School Diploma or working on bachelor’s degree in special education, early childhood education, speech / language disorders, psychology, or related field.Satisfactorily completed a minimum 40-hour RBT certification course from an accredited institution. 1 year experience working with children.Proficient in English.Bilingual (Spanish or Portuguese / English) preferred.Dependable and passionate about helping children and adolescents.Must hold a valid driver's license and car insurance.Ability to get to and from appointments.Must have successfully passed criminal background screening.Must occasionally lift and / or move up to 25 pounds.Benefits & Perks :
